The Zeeuwse oyster no. 3 weighs between 66-85 grams on average and is perfectly balanced in terms of taste and experience. 

The Zeeuwse oyster no. 3 is mainly farmed in the Oosterschelde and the Grevelingen lake.  

Flat oysters (including the Zeeuwse no. 3) are at their best especially from September to April/May.
